Axis Finance Launches 'Drishti' Digital Credit Platform: A Major Step Towards a Data-Driven Lending System
Axis Finance Limited (AFL), a subsidiary of Axis Bank, has launched an AI and data-driven digital credit decisioning platform named 'Axis Finance Drishti'. The platform aims to make the approval process for retail and MSME loans faster and more accurate. It automates and standardizes loan processing through advanced analytics, statistical scorecards, and a real-time decisioning system. In the first phase, it has been implemented for personal loans, business loans, Loans Against Property (LAP), and 'Disha' home loans. This initiative is considered a significant step towards strengthening digital banking, fintech innovation, risk management, and financial inclusion.

Its objective is to ensure fast, accurate, and data-driven credit decisions for retail and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) loans.
Key Features of the Platform
'Drishti' automates and standardizes the loan approval process by utilizing advanced analytics, statistical scorecards, and multiple data sources. It enhances the speed, transparency, and efficiency of loan processing by enabling real-time decision-making and Straight-Through Processing (STP).
Phase-I Implementation
In the initial phase, the platform has been implemented for personal loans, business loans, Loans Against Property (LAP), and 'Disha' home loans. This is expected to make the loan approval process faster, policy-driven, and risk-balanced.
